Nasi znajomi i bracia karmią tysiace ludzi dziennie z wlasnych funduszy bez zadnej pomocy od wladz , narażając swoje zycie. W jedna strone wywożą ludzi z tamtych rejonów a z powrotem wioza to co uda się zdobyć, robia to pod ciagłym ostrzałem. Nie ma żadnego stałego rozejmu , Tak jak ostatnio jezeli macie jakieś ubrania , koce , srodki czystosci , jedzenie w konserwach i suche , zabawki i leki itp. Zabieramy też jedzenie i karmy dla schroniska dla zwierzat tak jak ostatnio , pamietacie te warunki ponad 400 psow a mamy wolne miejsce. Jestem w Warszawie na weekend , zbiorka w Lublinie w srode od 17:00 w Zborze Oaza Tatarska 9 , Starachowice do konca nastepnego tygodnia .

Report on a visit to Ms. Nadezda Panasyk in January
In the middle of January 2015 the Polish Christian Ministries in Troy, MI organized the third trip to Eastern Ukraine with humanitarian aid. This time our representatives took almost 400 Christmas parcels for orphaned children. They transported them from Poland to as far as to Donetsk region that is occupied by pro-Russian separatists, and is totally closed for any visitors and organizations from outside world.

One of our goals was to visit Ms. Nadezda Panasyk, an elderly woman that was rescued in October 2014 by USA TODAY reporter, Oren Dorell. You can read it on the Internet under: Voices: Rescued Ukrainian widow still needs help.

Below is our update on Grandma Nadezda (as we call her)

We reached Vasilkevka at the end of the second day of our journey from Lublin, Poland. We have had to wait about two hours for Pastor Alekseyi due to his dangerous trip to Donetsk to bring other refugees.

Since October 2014 Ms. Nadezda stays at the Refugee Center in Vasilkovke, managed by Pastor Alekseyi Barkalov. The Center operates on the third floor of the local vocational school and is modest but habitual. Thanks to Pastor Barkalov’s efforts about fifty refugees found there a temporary shelter. Although they are safe and taken well care but the most of them would like to go and live permanently on their own, find a job and start a normal life.

A visit to Ms. Nadezda is a high priority for us. Pastor Alekseyi added her to the room occupied already by Lena, 35, the mother of two little children. The room is crowded, but normal. She is very glad to stay there because she has a roof over her head, warmth in the room and finally she is not hungry. Probably the most important thing is that she has no more run for cover due to exploding missiles as it was in her apartment complex near Donetsk airport. Mrs. Lena takes a good care of her and she is also very hospitable: she quickly prepared sandwiches for all of us, visitors.

Grandma Nadezda welcomed us with beautiful smile. She hugged us and kissed. Max recorded a video with Pastor Marek interviewing her. She was telling how happy she is now and about Lena’s wonderful care. She said that she grew up as an orphan, her dad being killed in the last months of the WWII. She never married so didn’t have any kids. Always alone, left behind and forgotten by everyone. But staying in this center with Lena turns her life into Grandma, having a “daughter” and two little “grandkids” constantly around. She was very emotional and couldn’t stop thanking Americans for helping her and appreciated USA TODAY readers sending money on her behalf to Polish Christian Ministries. Ms. Panasyk mentioned that she lost hope to re-unite with her cat, Pushok. She understands that during the war people are killed and to others who survived must be given a great deal of assistance including smuggling them through the checking points to safe zones. Who would think about one old cat Pushok (Fluffy) to retrieve him from Donetsk and bring him to her? But after she heard the news that there is a good chance to bring the cat back to her she radiated with joy and was very happy to hear this.

Pastor Barkalov took upon himself the responsibility of finding a small house that may be bought so Ms. Nadezda will live there for the rest of her life with somebody like Lena that will take good care of her. The cost of such a house fully furnished is approximately $5-8 thousands. Thanks to USA TODAY readers there is enough money for such a purchase. After the transaction and Ms. Nadezda moving in, there will be no problem for her to maintain it due to her government pension being restored recently.

The Polish Christian Ministries is highly involved in this project with Ms. Nadezda and channeling all money that are coming on behalf of her. But the Foundation is doing much more than that. They send humanitarian aid to thousands of civilians that are trapped in this horrible conflict which cost over 5000 lives so far. How many more are afflicted is hard to imagine. That’s why this American-Polish charity foundation comes to help those poor people, residents and refugees. We don’t ask for their social and political worldview – we help those like Ms. Nadezda that are trapped in this senseless war. Coraz Wiecej Ludzi Dobrej Woli

Ciesze się ,że nasza akcja sie rozwija i może być początkiem czegoś wiekszego. Pamietam , latem 2014 gdy przedstawiałęm moją wizje mojemu przyjacielowi Pastorowi Chojnackiemu i on chyba sam nie wierzył jaki bedzie jej dalszy przebieg. Pamietam nasze pierwsze próby , drukowanie ulotek w Speedy Q i zbieranie funduszy wsród naszych wiernych przyjaciół. Najbardziej jednak cieszy to ,żę jest to Chrześcijanska Akcja i wspierają nas wszyscy nie patrząc na róznice. Jestesmy apolityczni pomimo ,że  niektórzy chcieli przypinać nam rózne łatki. Teraz to juz sztab ludzi w Detroit  a także w  Starachowicach i  Lubline . Najważniejsze jest także to ,że nie dzielimy ludzi w zależnosci od narodowosci , wrecz przeciwnie budujemy mosty.

Pamietacie przypowiesc o Natrętnej wdowie z Ewangeli Łukasza 18  , 1-8

Powiedział im też przypowieść o tym, że zawsze powinni modlić się i nie ustawać: W pewnym mieście żył sędzia, który Boga się nie bał i nie liczył się z ludźmi. W tym samym mieście żyła wdowa, która przychodziła do niego z prośbą: Obroń mnie przed moim przeciwnikiem. Przez pewien czas nie chciał; lecz potem rzekł do siebie: Chociaż Boga się nie boję ani z ludźmi się nie liczę, to jednak, ponieważ naprzykrza mi się ta wdowa, wezmę ją w obronę, żeby nie przychodziła bez końca i nie zadręczała mnie. I Pan dodał: Słuchajcie, co ten niesprawiedliwy sędzia mówi. A Bóg, czyż nie weźmie w obronę swoich wybranych, którzy dniem i nocą wołają do Niego, i czy będzie zwlekał w ich sprawie? Powiadam wam, że prędko weźmie ich w obronę.

  

Przed ostatecznym wejsciem

Dzisiaj rozparty energią postanowiłem udać się na najwyzszy szczyt jaki był w zasiegu ręki . Droga na szczyt była ogromnie trudna a najgorszy był snieg i oblodzenie trasy , spadałem co chwile i wstawałem aby iść w góre . Tak jak w moim zyciu. Gdy byłem juz prawie na szczycie , przyszedł moment zwatpienia , a po co tam iść przecież mozna sie zatrzymać stad też jest piękny widok , takie ludzkie poczucie komfortu . Poszedłem dalej , przyszło inne uczucie strachu i poczucie przegranej oraz głos nie ty jesteś za słaby , nie uda się , , nie masz odpowiednich butów itp . Miałem dokładnie tako moment w zyciu pare dni temu , gdy pomyślalem przez chwile że Bog mnie nie wysłuchał ale nie on miał i ma plan , chodz wiem,że musze byc cierpliwy i mu w nim nie przeszkadzać. Ruszyłem dalej i za 5 minut byłem na szczycie , widok i radośc ze swojej wygranej i poczucie ,że pokonałem swoja słabosc byłą ogromna .Wiem,że sam tego nie zrobiłem Pan był ze mna i czuwał .

Prosze wszystkich o modlitwe i szczesliwe przekroczenie granicy i powrot z tej trudnej Misji. Nie bedzie latwo bo bede wracal sam przez cala Ukraine i rejony w ktorych trwaja jeszcze walki ale Pan jest ze mna i bedzie mnie otaczal swoja ochroną

Prawie Gotowi

Wczoraj uszczesliwilismy zaprzyjaznioną rodzine Ormianską , która wybrała sobie Polske jako drugą ojczyzne .... kupilismy od nich cały stragan. Nasz nastepny bus juz gotowy do drogi , czekamy tylko na zgode z granicy na przekroczenie granicy i mam nadzieje ,ze w wyniku wyborow na Ukrainie nie wybuchną walki na nowo .

 Yesterday we make happy one Armenian family friends who chose Poland as a second homeland , they make living selling kids clothes at local flea market so .... we bought from them the whole booth. Our next van with humanitarian help for war refugees in Ukraine is ready to go. We are only waiting for permission from Ukraine Deputes to cross Polish -Ukraine border and we hope for safe trip regardless recent election turmoil in Ukraine.
